School Uniform

All students at The Westleigh School are expected to wear our approved school uniform, which is both smart and practical. We believe that this provides our students with a sense of identity and promotes a sense of belonging within our school community.

Items shown in red are only available from our approved uniform suppliers. All other items can be purchased from high street clothing shops and supermarkets.

If you are struggling with the cost of school uniform, please contact the school directly. We often have donated uniform available that we can provide to families free of charge.

Blazer	Grey Westleigh school blazer with badge
Tie	Black Westleigh school tie with year colour stripe	Academic Year 2026/27 the colouring system is: Year 7: Blue Year 8: Purple Year 9: Silver Year 10: Maroon Year 11: Green
Shirt	White	This MUST have a top button that is always fastened.
Trousers	Black tailored trousers	NOT denim, ‘skinny’, ‘slim fit’, 'flares' or tightly fitting.
Skirt	Bespoke grey checked Westleigh pleated skirt	Worn knee length
Socks/Tights	Black or grey
Shoes	Sensible black shoes	This MUST be a plain black shoe without logos – boots, sandals, pumps, training/sports shoes, sliders, flipflops, sports brands or high heels will NOT be allowed. Any shoe above the ankle is classed as a boot.
Jumper	Maroon V-neck jumper with badge	Optional item
Coat	Plain black, dark grey or navy outdoor coat	This optional item must NOT have any highly visible logos which are coloured (e.g. white, red, green, orange or yellow) – sweatshirts or hoodies are NOT allowed to be worn as an outdoor coat.
