Year 9 students visited Leigh College to explore the science behind forensic investigation. Faced with a complex crime scene, they used their knowledge of biology, chemistry and psychology to identify the culprit.

Mrs Wells, who accompanied the trip, said “The students selected have a particular strength in the sciences. They engaged brilliantly with the activity and identified more clues than the other schools taking part. I’m very proud of them.”
